Ethan's career includes significant roles, such as Director of Purchasing for Sodexho-Marriott, where he specialized in sourcing kosher food products. His diverse expertise spans various sectors, including beverages, baked goods, and proteins. Ethan has successfully conducted business across all 50 states in the U.S. and was the largest secondary distributor for General Mills from 2010-2020.
In addition to his domestic success, Ethan has expanded his reach globally, conducting business in 18 countries.
